“Comparisons of Shanghai with New York, Tokyo, Paris, and London are all valid. All are financial and commercial centers. All are cities of immigrants. All are centers of the arts, academia, and culture. They are the most exciting, cosmopolitan cities on Earth.”

Having studied China’s business, politics, and culture for over 30 years, Patrick speaks frequently on his areas of expertise.
