We believe in flexibility and strive to offer favorable terms that prioritize your convenience and peace of mind. Whether you’re planning an immersive cultural experience or an adventurous expedition, we are committed to providing exceptional service and unforgettable memories.

Assumption of Risks

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may subsequently transfer to). I am voluntarily participating on the tour or expedition with knowledge that travel to the foreign countries and/or remote areas visited by this trip involves numerous risks and dangers including, but not limited to; force majeure, civil unrest, terrorism; roads, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance which are not operated or maintained at standards common of developed countries; high altitude; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; consumption of alcoholic beverages; or negligence (but not willful or fraudulent conduct) on the part of WildChina International Travel Co., Ltd or others. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work, and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my voluntary participation.

I hearby agree to be responsible for my own welfare, and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, illness, injury, emotional trauma, or death.

Release of Liability

I acknowledge that the cost of all Beijing WildChina International Travel Co., Ltd trips is based upon trip participants executing this release of liability and assumption of all risks. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate on such trip(s), I hereby release and discharge WildChina International Travel Co., Ltd and its agents and employees from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in the tour or expedition. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon myself, all minors under the age of 21 traveling with me, my heirs, successors, and legal representatives; it being my intention to fully assume all the risk of travel and to release WildChina International Travel Co., Ltd from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Knowing and Voluntary Execution

I have carefully read and fully understand the contents and legal ramifications of this agreement as well as all the conditions as stated under the heading ‘Booking Conditions’, especially noting those regarding cancellation and refund policies, limitation of liability, and responsibility borne by the participants. I understand this is a legally binding and enforceable contract and sign it with my own free will.

Itinerary and Quotation Validity

All information in this itinerary is accurate to the best of our knowledge but please note that changes to our trips can and do occur. This may be due to our effort to improve our trip or logistical reasons such as changes in train/flight schedules or government policies. WildChina will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes, but cannot be held liable for any alterations made to the published itineraries.

The prices listed are based on the costs and exchange rates current at the time of enquiry. Prices are not guaranteed until booking.

Reservations

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. To secure a reservation, a deposit of USD 500 per person is required. Complete payment is required 60 days prior to departure. For trips booked less than 60 days before departure, complete payment is required immediately. Tour prices are per person and based on double occupancy. If a customer fails to make full payment of the trip 60 days prior to departure, WildChina reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit.

For Private Tours

Once you’re ready to confirm your trip, we’ll ask you for USD$500 per person per booking (if you’re traveling internationally) or 1,000RMB per person per booking (if you’re traveling domestically within China) as a deposit so that we can start securing you the best guides and hotel rooms. This will go towards your trip costs and will be taken off your final balance amount.

Your balance payment is due 60 days before you travel

Your balance payment will be due 60 days prior to your departure. If travel restrictions stop you from traveling after this time, we’ll do our best to recover any costs. If you decide to cancel for other reasons after this time, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 60 days prior to trip departure:
    Deposit will be forfeited
  • Between 45 – 60 days prior to trip departure:
    20% of total tour price will be forfeited
  • Between 30 – 45 Days:
    50% of total tour price will be forfeited
  • Less than 30 days prior to trip departure:
    No refund
  • After trip departure:
    No refund

By paying the deposit, you accept WildChina Terms and Conditions.

For Group and Expert-Led Tours

Our group and expert-led journeys are extremely popular, so we’ll ask you for a USD$500 per person deposit to secure your spot. This will go towards your trip costs and will be taken off your final balance amount.

Your balance payment will be due 60 days prior to your departure. If travel restrictions stop you from traveling after this time, we’ll do our best to recover any costs. If you decide to cancel for other reasons after this time, the following cancellation policy applies:

Other important notes

WildChina reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip, including a guaranteed departure, due to reasons outside its control (i.e. travel restrictions, natural disasters, or political instability). If such cases occur within 30 days of departure, WildChina will refund clients fully less any expenses incurred to date that are non-refundable. WildChina reserves the right to cancel any group departure if minimum traveler numbers are not met.

Insurance

All WildChina travelers are also required to provide a copy of their medical insurance card prior to trip departure. If you’re looking for a provider, we’ve partnered with Global Rescue to offer both travel insurance and rescue & evacuation services in case of injury, illness (including COVID-19) or safety threats during your trip. Passport and Visas

You must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when traveling with WildChina. Please ensure your passport is valid for six months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for your holiday. WildChina cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct visa documentation. WildChina will assist you in obtaining the appropriate passes required for traveling to sensitive areas in China (e.g. Tibet), but this is not always guaranteed. In the case that an application is rejected by government agencies, WildChina reserves the right to cancel the trip.

Photography on the Tour

WildChina Inc. reserves the right to take and publish photographs during the operation of any tour or part thereof. By booking a reservation with WildChina Inc., tour members agree to allow their image to be used in such photographs; tour members who prefer that their image not to be used are asked to identify themselves to their tour escort at the commencement of their tour.

Traveler’s Responsibility

Travelers have the responsibility to select a trip appropriate to their abilities and interests. In order to assist you we grade each trip by physical and technical difficulty. We are also happy to discuss the trip with you. Travelers are held responsible for being in sufficient good health to undertake the trip. Travelers are responsible for preparing for the trip by studying the itinerary and pre-departure information packets sent by WildChina, and for bringing the appropriate clothing and equipment as advised therein.

WildChina’s Responsibility

WildChina shall always do its utmost to provide the services to the best of its capacity. WildChina organizes, promotes, and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including but not limited to, surface transportation, excursions, and accommodations which WildChina purchases or reserves from various suppliers. Agents providing travel services for WildChina’s tour programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of WildChina. Thus, the responsibility of WildChina is strictly limited. WildChina is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and /or omissions of such agents or transportation and lodging service providers or their respective employees, or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither WildChina nor any representative of WildChina shall be liable for any accident, injury, costs, property damage or personal loss to you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond WildChina’s control, including but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, defects in vehicles, breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules. WildChina is not responsible for expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip (e.g. non refundable advance purchase air tickets, visa fees, equipment, medical expenses, etc.) or for any necessary additional travel arrangements should you embark from home before the group departure date.

Claims

Any dispute arising from the service provided by WildChina shall be settled through friendly consultation between the parties. The claiming party shall notify the other party within 30 days after the end of the services in a dated notice in English language that a dispute has arisen and describe the nature of the dispute. If no settlement can be reached through such consultation within 60 days after the date of such notice of dispute, the claiming party may refer the matter to CIETAC, for final arbitration in PRC by an ad hoc arbitration tribunal according to the arbitration rules of CIETAC rules.
