WildChina’s next installment of Where the Wild Things Are: A WildChina Series is going to feature Fuchsia Dunlop a food writer and cook extraordinaire at Capital M. In addition to having a chance to hear from Fuchsia about her new book Every Grain of Rice: Simple Chinese Home Cooking, guests of this event will also be treated to a three course meal of Fuchsia’s scrumptious Chinese cuisine.

Not merely an incredible cook, Fuchsia has also authored numerous award winning books and is a contributor for The Financial Times, The New YorkerGourmet and Saveur. She was named ‘Food Journalist of the Year’ by the British Guild of Food Writers in 2006, and has been shortlisted for four James Beard Awards. Join us for a three course meal of Fuchsia’s famous recipes at Capitol M and enjoy a talk by the speaker on the secrets of her Chinese cooking.
